Sky Filming adopts a Social Media Policy to ensure we conduct ourselves accordingly online. We will never ask for user passwords or personal details on social media platforms. Users are advised to conduct themselves appropriately when engaging with us on social media. Our website features social sharing buttons, which help share web content directly from web pages to the respective social media platforms. You use social sharing buttons at your own discretion and accept that doing so may publish content to your social media profile feed or page.
Use of the Identifiable Image
In accordance with GDPR regulations, clients have several options where it comes to image display. While it benefits our photography and video production business to be able to show new, regular and exemplary work via this site, or via corresponding social media channels such as Instagram and Facebook, and/or to share these images with co-suppliers e.g. event venues, we recognise that certain clients may benefit from limitations on this sharing.
Therefore our clients have the right to request any of the following: anonymised accompanying text, such as only using your initials in a blog post or on social media; online photograph or video samples showing unidentifiable images only; online photograph/video samples showing non-people images (details only); or to fully request no online images/videos to be shared. In addition, clients may request in writing that identifiable and commissioned images or video be erased from online sources at any future point in time. Any image data will be used appropriately and with consent. We will never submit your images to any external photography or video related media websites or blogs etc, or into competitions, without first gaining your consent.
